Risk Management

Technical challenges often come with significant risk and potentially significant rewards. Mitigating the risks can mean providing options for product change right from the beginning. We work hard to add these options into the design and allow some course changes as the project work progresses. In some cases, we even build proof of concept models of two or more designs and select the best of them for final development. We make this an interactive process with the customer.
