Kulicke and Soffa, or KNS, a leader in the growing Semiconductor industry, produces assembly equipment for semiconductor manufacturing. In need of a custom cooling system to be used during graphic chip testing, KNS came to Fusion Design for our skills in thermal mechanical system design. We performed all of the cooling module design with automatic contact leveling capabilities.
